Mr.Rob Doeven - enjoyed an impressive career in the hospitality industry, which has taken him all the way up to senior management levels where he has been responsible for complicated international projects worth millions of dollars. However, he also has been self-employed and, at times, felt the deep frustration of many people who realize that they are making no tangible difference to anything around them. Perhaps that is why he finds coaching, reorganizing and training so attractive.

There is something wonderfully empowering about guiding people in order that they can maximize upon their own potential and thereby their lives.
