Rowaco Real Estate has a very special function within the Rowaco Group. In 2018, the Board of Directors and Shareholders of Rowaco (Thailand) Ltd. agreed that the proceedings of the sales of a resort the company owned would be completely used for funding the Rowaco Foundation. In this foundation the Rowaco Study Fund will give financial help to students with good study results but without the necessary means for their study, while the Bunthian Welfare Fund is meant to give help for kids with cancer and their parents. As getting financial help from third parties is becoming more difficult by the years, a decision was made to invest in real estate of which the rental proceedings will provide charity income for many years.
